Dabla a criminal has spread his fear over the city while his son Kaali does the same in his college leaving Principal Saxena helpless when he molests his daughter Pooja.Saxena's son Vijay an engineer works with Khanna and in love with his colleague Priya and cant see wrong things happening around him.Vijay finds that Dabla has taken illegal position of Khanna's land and converted into a liquor den but Khanna does not want to come his way but Vijay feels its wrong and helps Khanna in getting the land back and also beats Kaali for trying to molest Pooja again.Vijay comes in bad books of Dabla and warns him, Kaali kidnaps Pooja rapes and murders her while a corrupt cop Shirke charges her fiance for it.Vijay goes to police station to fight for Pooja's fiance and gets in tiff with Shirke thus getting arrested where Dabla frames him for the murder for constable.A frustrated Vijay is left helpless in jail due to law and order but a ray of hope arrives when dare devil cop Kulkarni arrives who does not to bend to Dabla.Kulkarni assures help to Vijay but its already to late for him as more damage is done to his family and his only aim is to kill Dabla an Kaali.
